Roller Bearing Swivel – 60K Work Load
The Extreme Duty Swivels are fitted with side-mounted grease fittings for easy lubrication and a multiple sealing system to retain the lubricant and repel external contaminants. They also contain bi-directional bearings allowing them to be pulled from either end without any loss of pullback rating.
Description
The 2000 Series HDD swivels are machined from heat treated SAE 4140 High Strength Alloy Steel billets (145K tensile strength) on state of-the-art CNC machinery. Additionally, all 2000 Series swivels use multiple (stacked) angular contact bearings to handle high radial and axial loads, double lip seals to resist contamination and recessed grease fittings to protect them from breakage.
